On May 23rd the BIA, Community Living Wallaceburg, and a group of volunteers came together to clean up downtown Wallaceburg. The BIA wanted to send a big thank you to everyone who participated in this event.
It was a beautiful, sunny day, and the volunteers filled multiple bags of garbage, and even collected some sharps which makes downtown a safer place for all of us!
The BIA provided some coffee and treats to get everyone going in the morning, and Community Living Wallaceburg put on a BBQ lunch for all the volunteers after the clean up. A huge thanks goes out to Farmer’s Gold for providing some cheesies and onion rings for everyone to enjoy.
